Not every community wants to be the loudest building on the block. This Austin clubhouse was designed for a traditional envelope — coffered ceilings, a limestone hearth, tall shuttered openings — and the interiors were written to suit it.
Deep navy broadloom carries the full plan, giving the double-height room a grounded base and letting the architecture stay the subject. Furniture is classic in silhouette and contract in construction: a full-size billiards table, leather-topped occasional pieces and dining seating that survives community events.
The fitness suite next door takes the same restraint into a harder-working space, pairing a graphic leaf-pattern carpet tile with a straightforward cardio and strength layout that keeps sightlines open to the windows.
